Everton's FA Cup tie against Birmingham City will now take place on Saturday January 23 at 3pm.

Following Reading's victory over Liverpool at Anfield in their third round replay on Wednesday, the Blues will play Alex McLeish's side at Goodison Park on the original date as planned.

There was a possible clash of fixtures which potentially meant that both Merseyside teams would have been due to play at home on the same weekend.

But the Royals' extra-time win means that their will now be no need for a change of date for the fixture.
