Mostly watching the RS game but they’ve definitely stepped it up this year and seem to be the team to catch .
I’ve not been particularly impressed by Wigan and saints look like they’ve got a long way to go to be anywhere near the recent seasons so Warrington are setting the tone .
Despite the obvious rivalry I’m actually pleased for Powell as I think he’s done a brilliant job , particularly pleased for Ade Gardner who’s integral . So much about Warrington recent years has reminded me of Everton , huge budget but players failing to produce and a legacy of failure throughout the club so it’s interesting to see a old school experienced coach steady things and then build .
