Running

I’ve got my first road race of the year later , a 10 k which I’ve run a few times before so know the route. It looks like 3 miles into a strong head wind today, turn , 3 miles back with wind behind you so I’ll need to get my pacing strategy right.
 

I’ve been using Runna as well - have you been able to do the “Race Pace” intervals in your long runs? I can’t get near them for any length of time

Not that I'm aware of mate. I've been doing interval training and different paces for my long runs, but yesterday's one had me going quicker than my race pace at one point? Don't know if that is normal?
