I’ve got my first road race of the year later , a 10 k which I’ve run a few times before so know the route. It looks like 3 miles into a strong head wind today, turn , 3 miles back with wind behind you so I’ll need to get my pacing strategy right.
I’ve been using Runna as well - have you been able to do the “Race Pace” intervals in your long runs? I can’t get near them for any length of time
