Yep, it's simply inexcusable and though he's been badly let down this January with know new players, he's not done himself any favours at all and the results simply aren't good enough.

He's a good guy. Great.

He does not have a good grasp on the tactical elements of modern football. Or maybe he does and simply can't articulate them or coach his team into doing them. Whatever it is he's not going to sort it.
