It's true enough. He isn't getting the backing. It sounds like he's trying to adjust supporters' expectations. I didn't see the match, but if it was quiet as the grave (or degenerated into full-on booing) then it makes sense.

Comments like these also got Parker binned off, so it's a dangerous game he's playing...if he's not actually just begging for the sack. Not sure where he thinks he'll go if that's the case, though Tuchel looks in a spot of trouble at the moment.
