theres plenty of sources saying he wont get the full payoff. cant be bothered to link them but you can find them if you look.

The payoff was around 12 million
They've either got very lucky or were very shrewd with their original contract to him. In any case they paid Brighton over £20m so that's been an incredibly expensive experiment with Potter. £30m for him, £600m in players, and now a new fella will come in who will no doubt want to add his own players to an already heavily bloated squad.

Yeah the 21m paid to Brighton was outrageous. Cost them north of 30m all told for this experiment.

chelsea gonna be in trouble now financially

they will have to sell lukaku and gallagher for big bucks now maybe even mason mount
Mount has a year left. Seems issues with a new contract. He will be off but it won’t be for near what they actually want for him.

Yeah, just read that he is getting similar to what they paid Tuchel off. Meaning that so far this season they have spent around £50m on firing and hiring managers.

They surely can’t afford to buy another out of their job so it’s either keep their caretaker in, or someone unemployed.

Merson says Chelsea should get Rodgers.. the manager who just been sack for being in the bottom 2.. football mad

To be fair he was on a hiding to nothing from the start there. Reckon he'd suit Leicester down to the ground personally.
For a team that to guarantee safety and help deal with a potentially large transition in the summer, a manager notorious for lack of goals may not be suitable.

I think Potter is a decent enough manager and Chelsea was never the right fit for him, but I don't feel that Leicester is the right fit either, or at least not now.

If Chelsea win tonight I think Klopp could be in big trouble. They was dead certs in all there deluded fans and media’s minds to be the team to get top 4. Lose tonight that’s basically gone and wouldn’t surprise me to see Klopp gone too.

Nah. I have a feeling that the fans will turn on their owners before they turn on Klopp; for the board to remove Klopp, it would go directly against their fan base.

He will be there next season bar something spectacular happening, but behind the scenes things appear to be turning sour.
