Sad News - Our friend, Roydo

I know I am very late to this having not checked in for a while. What shocking and awful news, Mark was one of the very first people I chatted to on here and one of the nicest people I have ever "met" in my life.
We talked a lot during Nikki's illness, his love and adoration for her shone through in everything he wrote, the only consolation in this tragic news is that they are now together. I'll miss him terribly.

Sad news indeed. One of the most pleasant, good-humored people on the site, even back when he was a mod. Will be missed.

On the hunt for houses atm, and I saw one with a log burner. Barely knew or interacted with Roydo, really, but funny how just the sight or mention of a log burner now makes me smile at how he'd get dead smug whenever it was freezing out and he'd be having a drink or a scran near his.

My profound apologies for this very late post. Being absent from the forum I had no idea it had happened.
I cant get over this. I had a lot of PMs with Roy down the years and as a moderator he always guided me personally and treated us all with respect.
