I'd be absolutely buzzing if he did mate and I'm one of his biggest critics.

If selected (I've got a feeling Begovic might get a game before him), I just want him to he a nuisance, get others involved and put in a shift. I'd be made up to see him do well so we can forget what an embarrassing season he had last year.

He's had nothing but grief from"fans" since he landed, the same fans who plead for dross like Gomez and Davies be given time. Not being funny but people kept saying this before every game last season and I reckon he had about 6 shots combined all season.

I'm not being funny too when I believe he was chucked in to the fray well before he was ready to do so. We have far worse on the books who we still pay and get nowhere near the starting 11 now thank God.

Maybe loads of Kin Do spare ribs, no idea really apart from the Chinese game is obviously not as dependent on fitness as the Premier League, hence the fitness issues. He was a handful in his time though and I believe Lampard thinks there's something there.

Footballers (and managers) go to China to give up mate. It's a last pay day. I get the sense hes unprofessional too.

I was also never that convinced on the fitness issue either. I just think hes a woeful plodder of a football player.
