Agree mate, I'm actually quite proud of someone for not just dweebing a 'good luck Big Sam' shout through the railings.

The real Everton fightback starts outside the ground, the man in the crowd on a cold Wednesday night. THAT is Everton, not accepting Allardyce because we 'have to'.

The club need to hear the fans discontent otherwise nothing changes. Good old Bill already thinks he's the best Evertonian in the world ever, such is the blind arrogance of the man.

Exactly mate.

Total contempt for the paying punter and Everton fan this. Allardyce didn't even bother to acknowledge the fans on the way in, why would he? He's not bothered about them. He'll do a couple of heavily structured PR faff pieces, 6 months work, we'll finish 17th at best and off he will go.

In the interim 6 months Evertonians will support the boys on the pitch and boo the life out of him, Walsh and Moshiri. The real fight back has started

Even the club knows it's a disgrace. Check the tone of those social media messages - no celebration, not even a picture of Allardyce; nothing, because they know they're communicating something that will go down like a lead balloon.

Oh and of course they can't quote the chairman as apparently he doesn't use the clubs own press department and instead uses the smarmy beaut that is Jim White instead, embarrassing the club further every few weeks.

Disgusted. I could cope with Everton just being crap on the pitch; I can't cope with this manure.
This concerns me greatly. Why doesn't Moshiri issue his comms through the club's press/PR department. Are we somehow in hock to Sky and Murdoch? It's totally unprofessional apart from anything else

Because Moshiri can't control that message as it is in the grip of Elstone / Kenwright.

If he takes full control, this will change massively (well, to the extent he may just bring Jim White 'in-house').

Watford fan in peace...my final post on here on here! I've enjoyed all the chat about Silva and must admit to being happy that we managed to hold on to him - you definitely had me worried though!

Anyway, this isn't a crowing post because who knows what the summer will bring - although I can't see it happening now though myself. Genuinely just wanted to express how badly I think you guys have been treated by your club. 6 weeks to appoint someone was always a joke. 6 weeks to appoint someone who was always available whilst the club slides down the table, laughable. 6 weeks to utterly ignore the fans and give no official statements whatsoever, disgusting. 6 weeks to make an appointment that flies in the face of a large percentage of the supporters wishes - well I'd say thats close to unforgivable. Doesn't matter if its Allardyce, Silva...anyone. The mere fact that its been made abundantly clear that the vast majority don't want the guy who has been appointed and Moshiri has ignored that is unbelievable. The fact he has allowed him to bring a staunch Liverpool man with him I find quite gobsmacking and I'd say proves Moshiri doesn't understand the fans or the rivalry at all. And the likes of the rest of your board to allow him to go ahead with it. Spineless. I'm a Watford fan, but I'll stand up alongside any fan of any team who's club treats them with contempt.

Maybe there are things he has done to disprove this but from the outside looking in, it looks like Moshiri has no desire to cater to the fans wishes at all. He doesn't come across as a football man and seems cut very much from the Tony Fernandes and Vincent Tan mould.

I'd love to see the anger on here translate into Goodison but as we all know that rarely happens. Somehow you need to get it across to your owner and board though that you are the lifeblood of the club, not them.

Good luck under BFS. I think you'll be okay, I really do but what you have to sacrifice of your club to do so, I wonder if its worth it. If he makes you hard to beat, there will definitely be 3 worse teams than you I expect.

Never meant any harm or ill-will in my posts during the Silva-saga and I really do wish the best for you between now and the end of the season...even you @davek :) Sadly that optimism over timeframes for Silva expired - maybe we can discuss it again in the summer!

30 seconds in, "f**king disgrace Moshiri". This isn't going to end well.

Well played to that fella having the care for Everton for saying that. He's a lone voice in the cold but it will be like a choir in the next few weeks.

He's had a fair chance and sold Lukaku, Stones, Del and tried to sell Barkley, leaving us with this mess and Allardyce.

Keep going Blues. Fightback is on.
