I really hope he will be gone at the end of the season if not before.
Why would Moshiri give him millions to spend this summer only for a new appointment to come in at the end of next season who will want to build the team to match his own style of play? All the players next year will know BFS is out at the end of the season, most of the fan base can't stand him.
Convincing myself he'll be gone - it's the only way I can bear the thought of next season

I mean look at this quote.

The reason we win Home games is cos we were boss in the 80s.

Thats basically what this utter tit is saying.

Is he claiming the 80's as his victories now? He wouldn't claim other people's wins as his own would he? Not even Big Scam would be that dishonest. Can you imagine say that he said that beating West Ham was his victory, that'd be the act of a big gravy guzzling galoot of a scoundrel.

Big Scam out!

Worrying lack of smoke about him leaving :(
I do think you may be right. There really is no suggestion that he is to be sacked from reputable sources and in particular the journalists who regularly have the inside track in Everton matters.

If he is staying, I wonder how much he will be given to spend and who the targets will be.

To be fair the January signings have both been good so far.

Sadly, he is staying Joe. And that's on top info.
It was only a few days ago that "top info" told us Fonseca was coming on a 5 year deal.
If BFS does stay, it says everything about Moshiri's total lack of ambition and disregard for the opinion of vast majority of fans.

I'm still convinced he's gone come May.

Moshiri must, MUST know that it'd be a mistake to keep him at the expense of missing the opportunity to get someone like Fonseca. Even besides that, he must know that the fans will revolt if he's still here in August.

If he's staying we will never go beyond midtable and he will be gone within a season at best. It's a depressing situation. Got a feeling we will see how far we are off the top bracket in the next few games and it's light years.

I don't care who is sat at the helm. If Everton win, Thats enough for me. BFS just hasnt done enough of that to warrant a guaranteed extension but ....if we get results in the remaining fixtures ?? Finishes 7th ?? I don't like the fella... but if he can get us in the Europa on a shitshow of a season it would have to be looked at. The fonze has done nowt in this league yet, frank the bore was wanted by some last year and he was pants...Silva would clearly drop us if a bigger club came calling...and would actually down tools to our detriment.
