I don't know why a few are panicking in here, he was sacked in the summer the moment he signed the shortest contract I've seen handed to an Everton manager.

If he'd performed well and got us 6th which he could have done if he was any sort of decent manager then he had a chance of staying but even then, I think all Moshiri brought him in for was to guarantee Prem status, Moshiri has got that so Allardyce is no longer needed.

Sacked Koeman and Martinez after us lot wanted them out, there isn't a chance in hell he won't sack Allardyce, I'd say 90% of the fanbase wants him off.

It’s not to impress them, it’s to get the story in the media.

What story?

Everyone knows. Its been in the sports news.

Just wait til the summer and he will be gone. Anything else just makes us look worse.

I don't get this media obsession and the "look at me" type of protesting. They will just twist it to whatever agenda suits them anyway and it will be the 5th story behind Pogba's new hairstyle or "Mo Salah goes the chippy, isn't he so normal?" type news stories.

Exactly. He was/is a glorified caretaker manager. Done what he was asked to do, cheers and see you later.

Whats so funny about that?

Of course he is a staunch Evertonian. What a bizarre thing to question.
Forgive me, but ‘staunch Evertonians’ don’t:

  • Continually lie to fans
  • Belittle fans who are against them
  • Take away smaller shareholder’s voices because they dared to ask questions at AGMs
  • Continually sell the club’s best players
  • Allow stadium moves to fall through that would have transformed the club
The man is an utter parasite. The worst thing to ever happen to us. It’ll go down as one of the great days when he finally gets his grubby claws out of the club and allows us to move on.

No Evertonian would allow us to fall they way he has. There is a reason he has overseen the most baron period in our history.

I hope there is a fans survey at the end of every season, I think it's fantastic and a massive change to the 20 years under Kenwright where he totally ignored us and did what he wanted.

One thing we know for certain is Moshiri listens to the fans and wants them onside, it's a welcome refreshing revolution to what it has been.

Don't forget selling his shares for mega profit but still having the audacity to ensure he remains the chairman.

Yeah falling from perennial relegation contenders to yearly European contenders.

The best players want to move. You cant stop that and we always get top cash for our players.

There is no guarantee that a move will transform anything. Still isn't.

Clubs have gone to the wall, fell down divisions etc in that time we have been regulars at the top end of the table.

None of this is brilliant don't get me wrong, but it could be a whole lot worse.

But you have your agenda so whatever, crack on.

That was because of Moyes, a manager recommended to him by Walter Smith. Kenwright’s first choice was Gary Megson.

I’m genuinely gobsmacked you believe that Kenwright giving us negative netspends and selling our good players contributed to us having European campaigns. Incredible.

Any high league finish has been in spite of Kenwright, not because of him. We could have easily been relegated with our no -existent budget.

The club seem to think that moving to Bramley-Moore Dock is going to transform us now, so do the fans. You don’t think having the best stadium in Europe at the time would have made any difference? We would have been at the forefront for the investment that was coming into the Premier League.

What clubs? Have: Arsenal, Liverpool or Man Utd fell down the divisions in that time? They were the club’s who we were linked with, before Kenwright came on board. Think people forget that little fact that Kenwright has been on the board a lot longer than he hasn’t been the chairman.

But you have your agenda.

On Monday, I hope we are all united inside Goodison against Fat Sam and we do it loud and clear for the Sky viewers to hear.

Indeed.

And I am borderline hoping we don’t win this game just to hear the fat weasel digging himself further into the mire with his after match comments about how we gained a “good point” or lost because of this player or that one.
