I have been through the full range of emotions as a blue, boredom and apathy to exhiliration and anticipation - like loads of others, and now i'm just totally fed up and angry with the whole running of the club.

Its ok to send a survey on a manager and team, I think. It's not that clever, but it's not such a PR disaster and debacle that the press is making out. I certainly don't think that the director of marketing needs to be thrown under the bus like Allardyce and Kenwright seem to have done, but it also more importantly shows just what a shockingly badly run club this is. Who is actually in charge? Allardyce? He's got the right to comment on corporate matters now? Kenwright is providing an apology? is he in charge then? Ok so we all think Moshiri is calling the shots, cos he does interviews and makes decisions - so is he in charge?
What about Elstone? What's the fing point of a CEO? And what's more, just like the stupid F---ing Niasse 'dive' which was not a big deal I know, it just shows that our media, management, advocacy work is so crap. We are only getting panned in the media and by Allardyce cos there's no strong leadership and advocacy in our club. We could have line managed the director of marketing before the survey, they could have appealed strongly to the FA about NIasse's dive. There could be strong PR management in the media to spin our version of events..but no, we are still small time and punching above our weight, and 'poor little Everton' in every department.
I've had enough of this sh**show, you know maybe it shouldn't have happened but its ok to get rated on your job performance, it happens all the time. What it shows, which is apparent from all three of the last managerial appointments is that professional development / job assessment / appraisal interviews, or line management, is not given to our team managers and coaching staff. Otherwise Martinez might have overhauled his coaching staff and system, Koeman might have put some energy and sense into his tactics, and Allardyce wouldn't mouth off like a lunatic every week.

I hate this crap. If anyone still cares about my rant, I just recently had a baby, later than I had hoped, and i was so looking forward to buying her a shirt, taking her to matches etc, ...not even thinking about it now.
Great post mate, he’s winding me up also. There no reason for him to still be here, unless he staying and that makes me feel even worse. The worst part is the survey went out and I’m guessing he got totally slated yet he still here and as a fan I feel powerless to get my point across to get rid of him, as usual Everton have gone awol and let Sam makes us an even bigger joke, an now he’s talking about selling Lookman.

I can see Everton playing in a half empty season next year an by then it will be to late

Are we not just trying to force him out with this type of thing, may mean he doesn't get his payoff if he walks away? and to be honest if my boss asked 10 of my colleagues how they felt about me and I performed like he has then BOOM, I'm off!

Whatever the reason and timing for this "Survey" engaging fans is a good thing, and Sam is gone whatever now, cant see it ending any other way, may even be Saturday night if the Barcodes overtake us!!

What appears to have escaped most people's attention is that the survey also asked for fans opinions of the board. I'll tell you now, there is absolutely no way on earth that an official survey gets sent out asking people how they feel about the board without it being signed off at that level. None whatsoever.

Ignore what Allardyce said, whether you think it was a good or bad idea, a stroke of genius or an embarrassment, this wasn't an individual error.
I don't think it was an error.

Unlikely. Apparently we have sold a record number of season tickets. Also unlikely that Everton fans would copy Arsenal fans by staying away from their paid for seats. What the atmosphere would be like with full houses and Sam still manager I dread to think. Don't believe it will happen though. It will be astonishing if Moshiri is advised to keep Sam to the end of his contract.

I don't want him here but believe some of the abuse he's been getting has been over the top, that said, he's not helping himself with some of his comments.

I just wish the club would come out and say he'll not be in charge beyond the end of the season then he can be thanked for keeping us away from the drop zone, paid off and moved on after the West Ham game.

Anyone suggesting the notion of a whole new season with this fella consider this: A season of PL footy = a minimum of 3,420 minutes of play.
Therefore, I do not see this happening, as 3,420 minutes of Allardyce managing Everton games would breach the rules set forth by the United Nations Convention Against Torture (UNCAT).

Sorry mate have to disagree with first paragraph. He has 100% shown total lack of respect to the club and fans. He deserves everything thats coming to him...He thinks hes winning the media offensive against us...Monday should be interesting..the fat gravy glugging ballbag..

This pretty much says it all for me with regards to the survey:

By kicking off, Allardyce is admitting that the survey results will be scathing towards him. If we were playing good football, winning games and showing ambition, Allardyce (and the media) wouldn't have said a word about this.

As has been mentioned previously, this is not the first time this survey has been sent out, and I don't recall Koeman having a moan about it.

Fair point.

I want him gone but I'll be at the match on Monday hoping we get a result. I'm not going to be there just to dish out abuse.
