A sad and utterly unnecessary day in the history of Everton.

That being said, that 18 month deal for Corrupt Sam has little or no chance of being seen through in its entirety; it shouts from the rooftops that we will be going for a big name again next summer.

Everton and the right-thinking fans will carry on regardless.

Very interesting that there is little or no fanfare on the official tweets, no #welcomeSam rubbish. It's a perfunctory, unpopular appointment for a short blip in the history of our club.

Is it just me or is anyone struggling to believe that Sam Allerdyce is the manager of Everton Football Club.

After all the optimism of the summer.

What the hell happened?

So you're honestly claiming you were embarassed by a sign? She has a right to show her upset in a small civilised way just same way you have the right to choose not to. That's it basically.

People have every right to go to the match and protest in any form they like. Just as people can go and support Sam. It's entirely up to people's opinion.

I really don't remember people getting uppity when people abused Martinez at the end.

Looked very good in his first interview, talking about getting us into The Top 10, rather than just avoiding relegation etc. And he clearly understands the passion.

The fact he didn't come in just for 7 months, shows that he wants to be succesful here - and not just be a savior.

Think we are his biggest job (other than England) - and think he will be a good match for us. Get back to a good defence, a team who puts in a shift and winning the bigger teams (yep Koeman/Martinez are bigger names, but how many Merseryside Derby's did we win with them in charge???)

Unfortunately old age has hit Sam hard

I don’t see him being the all active aggressive hard hitting manager of old. He shakes whilst he talks! Not good!

Hoelarious

As always he gets my full support, if he succeeds, Everton succeeds, lets just see what happens in the next 18months and take it from there.

Sammy Gravys blue and white army.
Your Moshiri's second go at getting it right. Let's hope it's not as bigger disaster as his first one.
