To be fair mate, we did create more problems to utd today than we did against wba Bournemouth combine. He is somehow making players move around more to receive passes in a favourable passing angle, especially first half. We had more options to launch an attack but the final crosses were abysmal today.

Second half were same old inferior sitting back tactics before they score.

Let’s be brutally honest here. How much did De Gea have to do and how much did utd really try.

Once utd added an extra 10% to their game fat boy ordered everyone behind the ball.

Wasn't Simon Coleman a defender for Bolton wanderers in the 1990's? I remember from my old sticker album, hopefully Sam has something a little better in mind..

Hard watching the second half, we were defo second best & lacked creativity going forward....

We made them look like champions they are not....

We should have been more positive maybe gone with two up front.....

Hate seeing us losing like that, makes my blood boil...

He's 49 years old now; going on 50. Not sure he'll get up and down the flanks that well. I'd rather stick with Cuco.

The game I watched saw a pretty even 1st half, with United allowing a bag of space in midfield for us. The 2nd half saw United push us back, BFS responded by introducing notably James Mac, and we then enjoyed our best period of the game.

Then they scored a really good goal.

The final ball is lacking I would say, but we did have enough occasions to move the ball to the final third. Which is far far more eye catching than the previous 2 game combine. I bet big sam massively regret the way we surrender to wba and Bournemouth now. Park the bus at the wrong game.

FFS what is the agenda here. Facts are this squad is awful forwards are championship at best, no cover at full backs and if we open up teams steamroll us. Yet we blame the manager for the mess he inherited of which prior we conceded 28 goals which is relegation or would we prefer to “have a go” but go down. 9th is a miracle with this squad.

Don't talk sense

Just watched Fat Sam's post match interview. Nothing is going to change between now and the end of the season. He said he needs a clean sheet to get a result as we can only expect to score one goal per game. He has no ambition and he will take all the credit when we don't get relegated.

Pin point a fact where he's wrong?

(Apart from McCarthy)

Utd didn’t even try in the first half, like a pride of lions they stalked us in the first half. Came out and decided the game would be over and went for the kill

We again failed to trouble a goalkeeper, and we could still be playing now and not have troubled De Gea

What people witnessed in the first half was a lack of hoof, we actually got more than 2 people in their half. But we never looked like really troubling them
