Sam Allardyce is a better manager than anyone who has posted in this thread
Except me who once took Thailand to the World Cup semi finals in Sensible World Of Soccer after losing 1-0 to Brazil despite having beaten them in the group stages.
Debatable.

Nah...
There will be thousands of posters on here who could set up a team to threaten the opposition goal! The 6mil a year man can’t!!!!
I think people keep going on about it because it is therapeutic in a way. I know that when we play really bad (or we make a really bad management decision) at least I can come to this forum and it seems to make me feel better-knowing I'm not the only one out there who is so disappointed! Maybe this is just me?You’re right. That is LITERALLY all that needs to be said. There is absolutely nothing else at all interesting on this subject other than that. Everyone should just keep requoting you without comment until we hit 8000 pages at the very least.
According to Milliyet’s Besiktas reporter Serdar Saridag, Everton manager Sam Allardyce has personally phoned Cenk Tosun in recent weeks to talk about a transfer.
Sarıdag spoke to Turkish sports channel ASpor last night and said: “What makes Tosun to Everton different is he’s heavily wanted by Everton manager Sam Allardyce himself. He phoned Tosun himself and said to him ‘I want to see you in my squad.’ For me that’s very important to wanted by the manager himself.”
The Turkish striker has been subject of a transfer to Everton in recent weeks, and there’ve been countless reports in the English and Turkish press.
Sabah also report said Allardyce was the man behind Everton’s record breaking offer for Tosun, and not sporting director Steve Walsh.
According to Sabah, Allardyce has been following Tosun since his time at Crystal Palace, and subsequently he’s made him his number one target since arriving at Everton.
That's not the point. The people posting on this thread are not putting themselves forward for millions of dollars in payment and saying they are the best person for the job. But they are putting their hard earned money into this club (some of them for many years). Plus there time and emotions. All of which help to make the club what it is. By saying that Alladyce is a bad move is not them saying they can do better but it is (for my part anyway) saying that the people running the club need to pick up their game because they have made lots of really bad decisions over the last 30 years. Some of those decisions boarder on grosss misconduct. Just look at how much money we paid Martinez to go!Sam Allardyce is a better manager than anyone who has posted in this thread

Moyes the only manager who refused to countenance the jobs for the boys mentality that pervades the club
