Have to respect the way he totally bent us over during his contract negotiations and managed to blag £6mil a year of us! He's been a nothing manager throughout his entire career but he's managed to convince seemingly the media and punditry of this country that he is a relegation escape specialist (what a title) and no club can possibly survive without his input.

I definitely didn't want Unsworth to remain manager as we were pathetic under him but this isn't much better. Get to 40 points asap, bin this muppet along with our entire backroom staff and start again.

However for all those who are frothing at the teeth regarding Allardyce you need to remember how bad the players are as well. Martinez, Koeman, Unsworth, Allardyce - they are all awful but there is a common denominator amongst all of them and that is an absolutely woeful set of players. Get shut of about two thirds of them ASAP!!

If he or the club made it plain that he'd move aside when the season was done then this situation would be improved by about 100%.

I think a lot of the anger is down to the prospect of seeing this tripe for another season after this.

If we knew he was here short term then a cloud would be lifted.
Dont worry maye seen the Mosh buying this in Waterstones yesterday

No way he’s getting sacked now, there no point even expecting that.

Just make sure the board know that come the summer he must go.

Every performance like today his another nailin the coffin for him.

Promised us a reaction following the Spurs embarrassment & boy, did he deliver .......

Rescued by a forward hawked about Europe like a cheap whore.

Our form over the last 5 games is the joint worst in the league. Even Swansea have been better. As I said when he was appointed, his PL record is that he loses more than he wins and usually wins around 33-35% of games. If/when we're tanked over the next two games, his record here will be pretty much the same as his record all along his PL career.

Tried not to be too critical considering the state of the squad he inherited and his 'instant impact' on results helped, but he simply got the starting XI and system wrong today and there's no signs of him getting us out of this rut again any time soon.

all agenda driven anti-sam tripe.

Think it was rumoured that we wanted to only give him a short term contract dave, but because it ended up with us going back to him cap in hand after originally messing him about, he had us by the balls and could negotiate his own terms, massive cock-up by Moshiri & Co.
