Yes it’s weird. Two days ago he was taking about interest in buying two midfielders, now we are only oooking at a loan at best. I also don’t think that he can name one outfield player who he thinks would defo be in his first choice 11

It’s going to get tasty tonight mate, sit back as lardiola gets called out by Goodison Park
Has he ever been in a place were he's been so universally disliked? I cannot stand him as manager. I was all aboard after he tightened us up at the back, but frankly the play is just sub-par in every department and I see little progress in our play. I know the players are not entirely the best and there's glaring issues at left back and up front, but there's some players in there that could do a job if played right and motivated. How we are back to within touching distance of the relegation zone is just abysmal given what has been spent and is in the squad?

I do of course blame the board and the previous manager(s) and players, but fairly or unfairly, I've settled on this Jurassic Buffoon to take the brunt of my ire. He needs more than calling out. He needs throwing in a wheelie bin and carted off to Bramley Moore so he can be used to start filling in the dock for the new stadium.

Newcastle and West Ham?

Wasnt at Sunderland or Palace long enough for the fans to turn against him.

The brother-in-law (blue married to a Geordie) lives in Newcastle and he says they hated him and his "style" of football. West Ham fans booed him after a match he won !
For the first time, I feel happy to consider West Ham and the Horse Punchers as good company.

Glad I'm not the only blue in exile in Newcastle!

But absolutely, my mates and work colleagues are baffled by the appointment and even Sunderland supporting ones express concern over life after Allardyce.

Short term investments (aging/uninterested players, fat contracts, losing young prospects)

I also fear the reputation he gives us and the style of football isthat of a crap lowly minnow club who wants to survive - the message it sends out just reduces any ambition

We are not an attractive club to join atm
