People carrying on like he's signing a 3 yr deal and expected to be in our first team every week.

If he signs it will be a 6-12 month deal as squad cover / until Gbamin is fully fit.

The squad still needs a back up CF and RW thats not looking at the RB position if the club wishes to offload Kenny at some point - makes sense to me.

Obviously if funds are there for a £20 million+ CM in their 20's then by all means but this one is a sensible deal - he'll probably be fit more than kin Delph who needs booting ASAP.
