Good deal of difference here comparing the two.I can understand why some blues are averse to the idea of former RS players joining the club, but Sammy Lee is a good coach. He was an important constituent of the management team that got Southampton into the top 6 the season before last. And he was involved with the England set-up when the national team got to the quarter-finals of the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
It's a good job that we didn't have such a low regard for former RS players when Kevin Sheedy signed for us...
Koeman was a winner, so that analogy won't stand scrutiny I'm afraid. We might not like it but he played in a team of winners at the highest level. If even a bit rubs off ....
Either way, it has occupied a few of us this weekend.I can't believe some people doubted me, my source was very confident and official announcement soon.
And coached at Bolton, Southampton, England & Palace. It really rubbed off on them.We might not like it but he played in a team of winners at the highest level. If even a bit rubs off ....
There needs to be an option to like this more than once.
As if that little scrote would be allowed anywhere near team affairs.Either way, it has occupied a few of us this weekend.
Hope its a wind up though, but thanks anyway.
