He's always struck me as a decent bloke, and he reminds me of my mum. I don't mean physically! She was a rednose, and was always tickled to see Sammy Lee at mass. Obviously I hate Liverpool, but I don't hate Liverpool, and Lee reminds me of nicer, happier, simpler footballing times.

..his dad had the butchers shop on the way into town by Paddington Comprehensive school (which I think is Archbishop Blanch now). If I remember rightly Sammy went to SFX in Woolton.
 
I know this is a good arl laff and all but this us a cunning plan to soften us up.

Now we know Moshiri thinks we are no better than 7th place fodder, he will appoint someone from that category of manager after Koeman goes.

And after a bit of speculation about Wee Sammy, the prospect of Big Sammy, Hughesy or Arry Redknappy will not seem so bad :mad:

Yes, he did. Poor lad: couldn't get into St Edward's.
