Tweet from official account saying we've been contacted by a few clubs in last 12 hours regarding Eto'o, hence why he was left out tonight.

Two tweets sayin something like "we've had some contact about Eto'o so we decided to give him some time off" and "we'll do what's best for everyone"

Sounds like it's all over bar the shouting.

Well he wasn't exactly crucial to us lads.

Don't fret, I'd rather lose him if he's a bad influence as is reported.

He's not young, he scored a couple, we got Eto'o and Hibbert in the same team in Europe. Chill lads.
