Who says we won't.. Once the player gives the nod.Hang on... if we've flown out medical staff to undergo Pickfords medical, why can't we do the same for Sandro?
Hmmmmmmm....

Could be the Spanish camp just doesn't allow him to break away to go through all the formalities and physical exertion. He doesn't half take his time making a decision...

We know nothing more than he walked by someone sitting in the Titanic.A bit of rationale, great stuff.
England camp probably want the Pickford speculation sorted and clear from view so it makes sense for permission to let him conclude a medical. Spain can be tricky but I think as Az says above, player also needs to make it clear he wants the move before we start asking to do medical's and media stuff with the player during an international tournament.
I wouldn't worry about 'shop window' stuff with regards to Sandro in the U-21 Euros. Even if he scores 2/3 goals or plays well (assuming he starts matches) he is already a well-known figure to those that are interested, having been at Barcelona and earned 7 trophies/honours with them. He made 32 appearances for them unlike other 'starlets' who couldn't break into the team much or at all. Every European club that is interested knows all about his €6m release-clause, but only Everton and A Madrid have truly been linked with him.
Don't think there's much reason to panic on this. He'll sign, 99% certain.
Last time we heard 99% it didnt go well.
