Just my opinion.. but i think he has only just decided to join last couple of days, therefore the spanish manager of u21 hasn't been quite as relaxed as the england one in regards to letting everton get access to the player. They will have a recovery session tomorrow morning and contract Dave will be there in the afternoon with the contract and photos etc.
