I would not have been surprised,if he would have not signed for us, even if he had not signed for madrid,you just know someone would have came from no were to sign him,we find it hard to sign players in a one team race it seems,even though nothing is confirmed yet

We didn't sign a player in a one team race ... Because he's going to sign for a different club. Forgive me, but does that not make it a one team race?

Another one bites the dust. Sobering thought but it just goes to show how difficult it is to get the calibre of player we need to bridge the gap to the teams above us.

Long lasting damage from that 2 season period between 2014 and 2016, had you know who been more competent and kept us in the right area of the table, we wouldn't be having these issues, hell if he'd have been jibbed in 2015 we'd have been in a better position to attract the better calibre players. That will never been forgiven how we got taken so low in a scarily short amount of time
