Scented candles

The missus handed me an old yankee candle asking if I could get the wax out so she could re-use the glass. No problem- I went into my workshop and plonked it onto the old diesel stove heater. The wax melted and I poured it out.

My shed now no longer smells of a well blended mix of linseed, gear oil and cutting fluid though. Now just smells sickly sweet like a woman's shop. It goes without saying I'm sad about this.
Go on Chris. It's ok to say you like it. We won't judge.

The Woodwick Amber and Incense and Wood Smoke ones are tremendous.

I like a good scented candle myself. I like things to smell good.

Yankee's Black Coconut is my all time favorite. Love a bit of aromatherapy me.

Buy cheap, buy twice. Cheap scented candles are rubbish.
Usually yes, but there is one exception to that. Tesco do a sea salt & sandalwood candle (light greyish-blue in color) that smells boss. The smaller one is only £1 and great for smaller spaces like bathrooms.

That one that Gwyneth Paltrow sold was a mad one, supposed to smell like her fangina, but other than checking with Chris Martin, how would you know?
