Having put the Xmas decs away I had nothing else to do so watched the Rangers / Celtic game. Mon dieu what a load of rubbish. The quality is non existent - I'll never criticize Everton again .

They really wouldn't. I accept that both have fanatical home support and that undoubtedly helps get them over the line but based on football alone - based on what I saw today a crap Everton beats either of those 2 teams.

Obviously wasn't expecting that performance today after my posts yesterday.

Absolutely dominated them from the first minute Raskin, Hagi and Cerny outstanding along with the rest of the team turning up with them.

Frustrating as they are with inconsitancy, the team has shown they have the ability/potential to become a decent side in games against that lot and in europe.

Gives Clement a reprieve and a chance to come up with a solution to the inconsistent performances against the rest in the league.

Only dissapointment from today was that we didn't score more , 5-0 would've reflected the dominance that we had today properly
