Interesting piece here on Ian McCall, didn't realise he had his deamons in the past but always wondered why he didn't hit greater heights after his early success at Falkirk where he had a team full of leaders and characters playing some great football at the time.

Don't think it helped him at Dundee United when the hapless Thomsons were trying to buy success.

Good luck to him at Thistle, can't be easy for them sandwiched between the Glasgow giant and Rangers.

Ha there's talk now about Steve McClaren aka the wally with the brolly, for the Rangers job.lol ffs Just give the job to Derek McInnes from Aberdeen or Graeme Murty.

To quote Kurt Cobains responce to Dave Grohl in that Nirvanna Unplugged concert shut up. Rangers are where they are.But second place is still up for grabs.Hopefully McInnes will be arriving in Ibrox next week, and hopefully Rangers will at least finish in front of Hibs, come the end of the season!

I wonder will we see McInnes at Ibrox by the end of the week?Going by yesterday, it looks like his mind is no longer on the Aberdeen job.With him forgetting what changes he made to his team, in the pre match interview.

As i say overrated manager.Yet Craig Leveins Hearts side gave Celtic a good game in the Scottish cup final, and yet apparently he's the worst manager ever.I just don't get it.But look only winners are wanted and needed at Ibrox.

McInnes has been in a few finals that must make him a decent manager following your logic, but all you do is slate him at every given opportunity because he had the sense and temerity to knock back the mighty Gers.?

When was the last time Rangers actually won a major trophy? Where are the winners at Rangers please name them and fully explain your postings, which of course you never do.

You see Corky this forum is for stating opinions, yes but also being able to back those opinions with logic,reasoning and good argument when challenged, you just post something, run away for a few days when challenged and come back on here with some new drivel as if nothing has happened, how much fun that would be if we all did that.

This being said, if I were a fan I would be miffed currently.

Out for a pint with a mate last night who is a season ticket holder at Ibrox, his lad went on holiday yesterday so he asked me if I wanted to sit amongst the bears with him against Aberdeen, I gave him a wry smile and swigged my pint, he changed the subject and we moved on.
I would rather stick pins in my eyes.

Heard the game on the radio on my way up to Dundee, seems like Celtic were denied 2 pens. As you say, good point for Hibs and Rangers.

On way back from Easter Road. Tough game. Celtic had more chances but Hibs defence stood firm for once. Allan was best for Hibs, Mcgregor for Celts. Hibs coach was sent to the stand for kicking a water bottle which then hit a pitchside official. Nae luck eh?
