Earlier on Sunday, Alfredo Morelos sealed Rangers’ 2-0 win over Motherwell before being sent off for two bookable offences. The Colombian followed up Nikola Katic’s first-half opener when he fired home his 27th goal of the season midway through the second half.

But the striker – sent off five times last season – let his emotions get the better of him as he aimed an inflammatory gesture at the home support during his celebrations and was punished with a second yellow card.

“There had been a bit of a commotion at half-time between both sets of players, although there wasn’t much in it,” Rangers manager Steven Gerrard said. “However, when I saw the referee book Ryan Jack and Declan Gallagher before the start of the second half (for their part in it), I thought that he was waiting for a moment.

“We have no complaints about the red card but I felt he was desperate to give out a red card today … Alfredo was unplayable. It is a setback today, he knows that, we know that. I’m sure he hates getting punished in the pocket so hopefully he will get back on the horse and continue to improve in that area.”

Weasel words from Gerrard

Was brilliant mate. Every game I’ve watched they have said about how well he is behaving like he’s some sort of reformed prisoner. He’s a tool and always will be.

Double standards alert! When a Rangers player taunts, the other teams fans, then he is condemned by all and sundry. Most of the time, i don't approve of that, so i see no issues there. When Scott Brown and Leigh Griffiths do it though, ah sure their just showing their passion.Football needs characters like that etc.I do take issue with that though. That's another Uefa fine for Celtic as well, concerning bad behavior from the supporters yet again.Oh well whatever up Everton and Up Rangers.

Here we go just as predicted Corky reappears days after a pasting and immediately defends once again the disgusting and disgraceful behaviour of Morelos who spends more time suspended than on the pitch, but hey I left you the question did you hear the singing of party songs by the Rangers support in the Cup final, cue your usual disappearing act.
Meanwhile the difference between Morelos and Brown is about 20 medals plus Brown is a lot smarter and cuter with what he does and when he does it.
Would you like to give us some examples of your 'double standards' ? Would you like to tell us who is 'all and sundry' and would you also like to comment about the songs sung by the majority of Rangers fans during the cup final as I asked you last week .
Does anyone actually ever agree with your posts? And finally, I didn't see you congratulating The Celtic view on the Celtic victory as you promised, yet another Porky from Corky.

I have no priorities when it comes to the old firm two, I was just commenting on how much of a tool Morelos is. He acted like he was surprised he got the red. How stupid can one man be to intentionally run over to the away fans and give it the biggun. Your safe as he will stay in Glasgow for a long time as nobody with any sense south of the border will touch him with his history of appalling behaviour and failing when it matters (cup final).

It's always me that has to bring up, the issue of Celtic fans disgracing themselves yet again. As for the songs, the Rangers fans could have been singing christmas carols, and that would still have offended you. When you take a consistent and non hypocritical stance, on fan misbehavior, then i might take you more seriously.

Why should I mention about Celtic supporters when I'm merely addressing the fact that you seem to continually lambast them without a passing word about the appalling behaviour of The Rangers players on the pitch and their supporters off it, still I must admit it must be frustrating to keep up with a team that's won 10 trophies in a row and going for a quadruple treble, still while that's soaking in maybe you'd like to answer the rest of the questions I set you following your last post, no you just scurry away whilst we ponder more of Corky's porkies.

I have no interest in criticising Rangers, when there's more than enough people as it is, that are happy to do that.As i say the uefa fines, just keep on coming. We hear plenty of big talk, from the Celtic board but no action.

I don't give a flying feck about the Celtic support or UEFA fines, but I'm not listening to you giving an uneven and biased account of fan misbehaviour when Rangers have been the worst behaved supporters for far longer than you've been a supporter, oh sorry you have to go to games to be called a supporter I do apologise.

Try reading something other than Rangers Media and Follow Follow and maybe you'll get a wee sense of balance. Of course you have no interest in criticising Rangers, but once again, I really hope you do get to Ibrox one day and let them know your background, they'll certainly be criticising you.
