well, Liverpool have a precedent now then
Actually a sound decision with no opposition to it as Brora were miles ahead and easily the best team . They don’t have relegation , but now as the League Champions they go into playoff but for Scottish League 2 .
A bunch of club Chairman who mostly put in their own money just so their club can survive making the right decision for their part time league, about as far away from the PL mentality as you can get so I can’t see the PL coming up with any simple solution.

Does Gretna have a club these days? Remember they were SPL in 2008 and extinct about a year later. Literally the football equivalent of me getting on Love Island.

Yeah they reformed as “Gretna 2008” and became members of the Lowland League when it was formed a few years later. Still there , usually mid to low in table, its the fifth layer of Scottish football, semi -pro, sitting alongside the Highland League at the same level.

Rough on Celtic if it gets voided now

It would essentially end the pursuit for ten in a row, because this season would be classed as having no Champion, thus breaking the chain

I think they would have done it as well

Harsh that this would be how it ends

If its voided it just won't count and 10 in a row would still be on.

Harsh on Celtic. Far clear, best side in the league and it might get taken off them. They should just postpone it and re-start it once it blows over.
