Do any of the guys on the forum knows the two scally's who own Castore? It would seem the quality of their product has been found wanting.

Apparently Castore bought a load of cheap school sweatshirts from a company called ADWisfor around six quid each, put Castore and RFC on them, and are flogging them for £45-£55!

If Castore trousered all The Rangers supporters cash, went into liquidation, and started up a newco, even Alanis Morrissette would see the irony.
Visited Liverpool a couple of weeks ago with a mate whose a daft Rangers supporter, it was coincidentally the first day opening of the castore shop at Liverpool one, he insisted on visiting it as he wanted to buy a Rangers top, I had a look around the shop and baulked at the prices against the quality, they may as well wear a mask as it's absolute robbery what they're charging and yes how ironic it would be if they went bust, funny as f more than ironic though.

The cash strapped newco will have played a lot more games in Europe under Gerrard. They're more likely to lose in Europe than in domestic football, so it seems a wee bit of a misleading stat to me.

The Rangers have beaten some decent teams in Europe in the last couple of seasons. Under Pedro they were knocked out by the fourth best team in Luxembourg. Think how bad it could have been if they had been drawn to play the third best team in Luxembourg!
I'll never say a good word about slippy, so I'm out.

Gerrard has done what any manager at this stage of rangers recovery would have done. They are still quite behind Celtic in terms of quality and although they might get closer to the title they will still ultimately lose out. Lennon barely has to try. Rangers have played better in most of the recent old firms granted but his win record in general is abysmal. A few big european results appeased the fans and they are all desperate for him to do well because he is a high profile figure in football. Reality is he trots out the same excuses, has bought about 300 players none of whom are really that good and probably wont win anything again this season. The knives will be out by xmas I expect.

A good mate of mine has a mate (who has a dog, who slept with his auntie who knew the vicar blah blah) who is a season ticket holder at ibrox. Before gerrard took over he attended an old firm game in the directors box. No-one knew he was linked with the job and loads assumed he was there to watch Celtic so he got a bit of abuse "fenian b*stard" etc. Loads of the directors were jumping out of there seats begging some fans to shut the F up hahaha
