Aye Clach still going strong but not really challenging for honours recently . Part of their ground burned down last year and they shared with Highland Rugby Club in Inverness for a while. One of the original members of the Highland League and they’ve won the league the most times - its amazing what you pick up , and usually forget, when you do a regular Zoom quiz which has a section on Scottish fitba. !

Case of after the Lord Mayor’s show for the Scot’s today, losing 1-0 at Slovakia. The win could have sealed promotion to League A but now they have to hope for a draw between Israel and the Czech Republic then win in Israel on Wednesday

It's not all over for Scotland as far as 2022 qualification goes just more difficult. Unfortunately qualification for the Euros won't affect being in the third group of teams to be drawn. Winning the group for automatic maybe tough but come second and there is still a slight chance of getting through.

The 10 group runners-up would be joined by the best 2 Nations League group winners, based on the Nations League overall ranking, that finished outside the top two of their qualifying group. These 12 teams will be drawn into three play-off paths, playing two rounds of single-match play-offs (semi-finals and finals, with the home teams to be drawn), with the 3 path winners qualifying for the World Cup.

So second (or better) is now the aim.
