Livingston is more of a surprise, all things taken into account.
Morton always had and have a good core support, similar to Partick and Falkirk.
Partick have 2 new stands ,Falkirk 3 and a new ground.
Morton's hierarchy should maybe take a look.
It's a surprise any of the lower league sides can have their running costs covered. Livingston though should be fine, SPL aren't they although a new stadium (ish) maybe they have debts on that. You'd think some of these very very rich Scottish men would help them out.

One weeks wages from Gareth Bale would see them through a season. That’s how obscene football has become.

Thistle had their Millionaire lottery winner Colin Weir who pumped millions into the club, Falkirk also had a £2m stand paid for by a fan Sandy Alexander, who founded schuh, so clubs have had rich non directors support in recent times.

There's been a lot of bad management of clubs up here even before Covid hit
