Every manager or assistant makes enemies at every club, usually disaffected players etc and Roy's spell as assistant at Villa seems to be no exception.
Yesterday it was Gabby Agbonlahor giving his pretty damming analysis on how withering put downs and hard brutal man management may not be too effective in modern dressing rooms. -
José Mourinho's managerial style may be dated but was once very successful. Roy seems to have taken all Mourinho's obvious bad points and failngs without any of the good. Hanging your players out to dry in public rarely works these days.
Today it's another ex Villa player, former Scotland defender Alan Hutton - although tbf to Alan he doesn't really give a strong opinion either way.
Have to say that Football Insider is a bit of a click bait site with unwarranted headlines to attract clicks - so always have to bear that in mind

It seems to have only started again since Rangers won the title, what with one half saying that’s their 55th title and the other half saying it’s their first due to being treated like a new club and having to start at the bottom and work all the way to the top.
However, the whole debate has been spanning itself an absolutely long time, being one I thought was put to bed and settled a long time ago!.
