Are we really going to argue the offsides rule? I know VAR has screwed us many times, but can we not imitate crazy ignorant fanbases like the RS that pretend the rules dont apply to them and argues crazy points like "it nicked his boot so then everybody is onsides!" Offsides call is clearly correct, and the VVD call is clearly wrong, leave it at that.

It seems the wording now used is " deliberate action" ie Milners boot's contact with the ball.

If that "deliberate action" is a tad stronger and the ball squirms into the net does it stand ?
