you can often see him going at players like that, but as you say, crowd noise stops us from hearing that he is saying.

True, remember a while back as well he was the one bollocking lukaku when he wasn’t moving, we seen the emotion and motion of him doing it but didn’t hear the words (as you mentioned due to crowd noise) and it would have been justified as well.
