His crossing was never anything less than embarrassing.

I've said this here about 50000 times and suffered the downvotes - the least improved player imo. Great guy and everything but has played a top level for a decade now and still can't cross consistently, and I mean consistently average-to-decent, not "world class".

The ball by Keane was brilliant and Coleman then produces that cross

fair play he is still composed at defending in wide areas

He was fine tonight but needs someone to work alongside him in case he's caught out. We can't really afford that.

Unless we're going to start playing with wingbacks next season I don't see him being a major part of the squad.
