Bad take, fishing for likes from other brainless idiots and even failing at that.
Nope, it was an observation from being at the game today. Was also identified by the majority around us. Had he approached the referee from the start, he could have prevented several of the niggly decisions today that went against us. You won’t change my mind on this.

He was miles away from the ref whilst the penalty decision was being checked.

Should have got in a taxi to stockley park shouldn’t be the big fraudy coward. It’s what John terry would have done.

I’d just take him questioning a referee as to why he’s made that decision, as a start. Dias made a number of fouls in the first half, yet wasn’t booked. Coleman should have been over asking why. He’s a coward.
Bet you’d wet your knickers if he even looked at you the wrong way but crack on calling him a coward because it’s cool to hate a bloke who cost us 60 grand and has ended up as our best right back of the PL era and club captain for some reason.

Dead weird isn't it, the weirdest thing is that he's naming examples where Coleman went to the referee too. Usually accompanied by Doucoure.

People always said the same about Neville and jagielka aswell. If you’re not Roy of the rovers you shouldn’t be captaining this club. Being respected by your manager and colleagues is no use, you just need to be a moaning get and you’ll be the perfect captain.

Yeah I do usually understand the "we aren't nasty enough" argument with Coleman but not today. Him and the rest of the players were fighting our corner with the ref when asked. No real complaint with any of them.

He had a good game, puts more effort in than anyone but I don’t think the intensity he plays at he can do it the whole match. He was targeted by City 2nd half as they knew there was a chink in his armoury. I’m not criticising him it’s just an observation I made at the game.

He has been one of the worst RBs in the league for the last 3-4 seasons, this isn’t a new cool thing, it’s a massive indication as to why we are as bad as we are.

He wasn’t one of the worst right backs in the league until the last 12 months. He is now, no argument there. That doesn’t make him a coward though, it’s just you changing the argument.

His effort was there but he just really struggles as the game goes on. Starts hitting the ball out of play accidentally etc because your body makes you do it at that age when you're tired

I imagine he will finish the season as the RB but next year, it can't be him

Nah Neville and Jags did do stuff.

The thing is though, they were nice guys, and this was widely known, so it's not like it ever amounted to anything for us. Neville would go and point a lot, make a (ugly) face and in the end - do nothing and walk away; Jags usually went up as if he'd argue, but just listened and nodded. I think people just want that same fire Coleman has for the actual club to be shown in a more captainly manner, so to say.

Personally even I find that a weird thing to bash him for, and I'm a huge critic of him.

Regarding the last thing though - how many times have we had decisions against us overturned because we're the NiCe GuYs We DoN't ArGuE, while literally every opponent we play against and their captain is in the ref's ear half the game like? Phil Neville, the ridiculous fraud of a human being, recently came out and said "we knew how to play the ref"... but that was for United, when he came to us he instantly forgot about that and it was about being a good guy. State of him.

Anyway, even if we hate having an actual advantage for once apparently, even our current manager was a snide captain when he was one - as was John Terry, as was any captain of United, as was Slippy G, Henry as well, Fabregas as well, etc. etc. etc. To suggest Coleman does nothing is wrong, but it's also wrong to say he does enough - you're the voice of the team as a captain, use it for your team ffs. Snide tactics have been around since the game exists, and to be on the perennially losing side of it is ridiculous.

I’ve noticed it starkly, his touch and composure goes. It’s a clear sign of tired legs/mind. He still tries to play like a 23year old too which probably make it more obvious. He clearly give 1000%. But. He needs subbing on 60 minutes.

He always has a good game when we hardly have the ball, same as a few others in our team.
Basically better players without the ball, the issue comes when we need create against the poor sides and he doesn’t offer anything going forward
