I thought he gave away the ball alot and it got caught up in his feet time and time again. Feel we kind of accept these poor performances nowadays. It's just what we are used to.
Always been technically poor. He speed and desire got him out of trouble in the past, he he basically Tony hibbert with a few goals thrown in.

Im sure hes a great guy, and seems to care. Hes been here a very long time and excelled at times in the royal blue. But should have been replaced years ago, and will never be a Everton legend. He is just another average player at a time when the club has been average.

He's never been embarrasingly bad at all .
He has come to the end of his playing days 3 years ago.
Clubs at fault not him.
He’s been embarrassingly bad for the last couple of seasons. Look how many attacks break down because of him. He’s right footed and his right foot is like any average players weak foot. He’s a dog of a footballer. And he has the temerity to front our fans and tell them to [Poor language removed] off? No thanks

Tragic tonight and should be his last game similar to Neville against Wigan.

In the four years since we should’ve replaced Coleman, premier league clubs have signed Tomiyasu, Cash, Ricardo, Semedo, Coufal, Lamptey, Emerson and Livramento all of whom would have been a massive upgrade. Shambolic.

Did the same with Jagielka, allowed a good servant to soldier on as a shell of a player until they start to ruin their previous good service.

You get the odd player like Gary Neville who has standards and holds their hands up. If the player doesn’t do it though, the club has to have standards and make decisions for them. The club simply shouldn’t have let it get to this situation.

TBF Neville didn't have standards and held his hands up, he was ripped to tiny bits in a first half vs Stoke (IIRC) and then Ferguson told him he was finished.

I remember the Stoke game and him getting rinsed. I thought he decided he was done, seen him talking about it a few times. Either way, the player or club needs standards and if you drop below them are replaced.

Quite sad that it’s going to end pretty badly for Coleman. He’s going to end up being a victim of sentimentality and poor recruitment- the Everton way. Should have been clapped out the ground 3 years ago and replaced. He’s finished at this level.

Been targeted by every team for the past few seasons and we can see why.

Can never dispute his willingness and attitude but you dont win things with players like Coleman.
