It's hard to see what happened unless you are literally right in the action. Either way, Williams can't throw his teammate under the bus. This is a competitive sport and I'm sure Williams is gutted, but he has to finish the match.

The way Ireland have been with McCarthy lends itself to distrust .

You do realise Taylor suffered an even worse injury a couple of years back. It was just one of those things that always happens to Everton before we have important games.
A few hard 50/50 tackles going in and nobody else got injured.
