Let's hope.
A break can heal a lot faster than tendon or ligament damage.
if its has snapped into big bits, if its shattered he's in trouble. Hopefully the former. When he was lay on his back holding it up, you could tell there was a bend in it but it wasn't 90deg floppy. Who knows, far too early to be speculating. Get well soon Seamy, a true blue to the core.

Yeah remember thinking at the time that could have been a bad one. Lucky either the weight wasn't planted on that leg or the tackle only 'skimmed' in contact.

I do wonder though... If the outcome of the Bale tackle was worse, and a leg was broken, would there have been a red? Do the refs give a red when the damage has been as opposed to the intent?

That's why I was surprised everyone was defending Huddlestone the other day against us, he went over the top of the ball. Barkley got away with one in the derby too.

It's happened. Can't turn time back. Fuming on here saying it was this or that, doesn't matter. Did he mean to, what did the other fella do after it....I coudnt give a [Poor language removed]. It's happened.

For me, I wish our sixty man all our best - the mental side of any recovery can be as hard as the physical - the fat kid at Utd had a shocking break but came back to regain his full back place for England - Seamus will be back. Don't worry about that.

Too Good , too Brave - Seamus Coleman you are one of us - looking forward to seeing you again in Royal Blue. Best Wishes on your recovery.
