Be a great feeling going into the Wolves game without him in charge. Doesn’t matter who takes that game. Anyone would do. Just not him. He’s obviously done for and I don’t know why as a club we do this. Benitez was cooked for months before the trigger was pulled. Lampard was done before the World Cup but still had more games to drag us deep into the mire. It’s diabolical when you think about it.
