2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

A new low today. Now I'm not saying the players are outstanding, but, are they really that bad? I think a lot of the problem is Dyche constantly talking them down, I also think that quite a few of them actively dislike him. I just wonder how many of the Dyche apologists are still willing to defend him. He really should be gone tonight.

the players are better.

it’s how they’re being bloody coached

Some of them players are garbage yes. It’s annoying when people say things like “moan if we sign a striker, moan if we don’t “ like we should accept any crap. What’s their point exactly? We might as well ask Dean Windass to come out of retirement by their logic.

Dyche said "we didn't capitalise on the moments" in the first half. So now we have our answer as to what went wrong. He seems quite unperturbed.
We had one tame shot on goal.

These pressers are pointless, even in the best times the manager isn’t going to give complete or honest assessments. But that is a pretty absurd statement.

Knocking on for 2 years in, and STILL going on about the problems from before he arrived. We moved forward in terms of points won last year, and now he is taking us backwards. Guy is an absolute coward and an extraordinarily limited footy manager. I’m well aware he’s going nowhere until the Friedkins are in, but I’ll shout for him to get the boot anyway.

Well the problems are still there. Having said that, no one cares at this point. They were there last season and we have better performances and results

I found it very odd. Most wouldn't mind parking the bus and getting out with a point - new gaffer, at home, pressure is big and you'd want to get out with at least a point at any ground in that situation.

But to turn up and look absolutely not arsed with no idea or structure, it's bizarre.
