Just need a manager to organise the 3 sections of a team. Defensive duties, midfield duties and attacking duties. Connect them together and give them on the ball instruction of where they should be and how to break efficiently. Sounds simple but instructive play is something Dyche & Co do not seem to be able create despite 2 years here

I’m not confident they will bin him. Maybe if we had been smashed 4–0, they’d have no choice.

Whether Kev expects to be here long term or not, he is currently the DoF. Imagine they’d respect him if he picked up the phone and said the rot is too deep, we need to make the change or we go down.

A 4-0 defeat gets you the same number of points as a 1-0 defeat. Why would they wait til we get battered?

We need a change either he goes or we going down. We can make all the excuses in the world for him but its not good enough. We are on minimal shots on target its pathetic. Today was the most predictable result going. Nothing is changing with him in charge, as his tactics are the same thing every week with the same results. Relying on a clean sheet in this league when you can't score means you are one mistake away from losing every week. We don't have the luxury of waiting till the summer as we won't be a PL club. Its dyche who is creating the problems for the owners. Im sure theyd love to drift until the end of the season safe in the division and with time to go for who they want at their own pace. You cant win nil nil and thats all this fella has left. We need to win our home games especially and dyches home record is ****** disgusting. Nah am not having it. Hes had more pacience and goodwill from loyal Evertonians than he deserves while serving up some of the worst football ive seen.
