People keep saying this but I’m not sure they are. Word from the Roma end is they employ people to look after every aspect of football operations there and simply allow them to do the job. It was apparently the CEO who was trigger happy and made rash decisions. We don’t currently have one! You could say they’re the owners and must have the final say on such matters, but that apparently wasn’t the case. There were even reports that the female CEO there was sacked because of the pigs ear she made of the manager decisions, decisions they didn’t make. If those reports are accurate, then we’re in trouble because we don’t currently have a CEO.

Appreciation for Dyche keeping us up last season should not breed sentimantality.

Results and performances aren't good enough and we need a change of manager as that is one of the available levers we have to change things.

I don't care if its a stop gap until the end of the season appointment or a long term appointment, we just need a change to inject some fresh energy, ideas and optimism.

Our attack is the worst I have ever seen at the club.

The strikers literally do not score, and there’s nothing from midfield. We don’t even have a Mirallas type player who guaranteed you some goals each season.

That stat about Dawson being one of our top scorers is unbelievable, and we hear people saying we need to get a left back first and foremost. We absolutely have to get players in who can score goals.

Can’t score goals if you don’t give them a chance, nothing wrong with the strikers it’s the style of play

Playing a number 10 on the wing and constantly playing Doucoure and Gueye every week is why we don’t score goals. This falls on you, you stubborn clown.

It's an embarrassment. We are a huge club and I can't think of any other team in the top flight of any major league who plays like us.
Ok we aren't brilliant but the stats this season would get him sacked at any other professional club.

It’s not just about how we play it’s about quick we react when it comes to hiring/firing managers or singing players. We are like snails. Dyche should have been booted months ago due to the atrocious start to the season. We took way too long to get rid of Benitez and Lampard to. Then it’s a scramble around with no plan. More bad decisions get made that bite us in the arse down the line. This new lot need to get ahead of this now and cement themselves as semi competent as a starting point.
