2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

luckily, because him and his staff of footballing dullards, only have ;less than 6 months of their contracts left, and we have just passed the rubicon of this year's FFP farce, the cost of firing them into orbit is 'small change'. It is more important that the timing is right and we have someone suitable lined up to replace the anti footballing fraud

Take it you havent read any of that have you?

All of those articles talk about palce struggling and them being in relegation places but say they wont be relegated.

Two of those articles are about a statment that out manager used to make when we regularly finished 5th-7th.

The talksport one is just betting odds of the bottom 6 going down and they say they wont go down and their odds are better then ours when we were higher then them.

So, yeah. None of thos articles are about palace being relegated or even relegation candidates.

Talking about a team in a relegation place isnt the same as labeling them relegated candidates.
"Manager Glasner has already said the first goal is not to get relegated and, as it stands, it should be the only one." - Sounds quite a bit like how a relegation candidate would be talked about. If someone is writing that avoiding relegation should be the ONLY goal then I think it's fair to say the possibility of Palace being in a relegation struggle is being contemplated.

"A sense of anxiety has returned to a fanbase more familiar with false dawns, with a thread on the club's official forum titled "How worried are you about our poor start?" stretching beyond 32 pages." - Sounds like someone somewhere might have been talking about them being relegation candidates. Unless it was 32+ pages of relentless optimism.

"Tipped as possible European contenders back in the summer, Crystal Palace are now contemplating a relegation struggle." - Again, it sounds like they're being discussed about being relegation candidates.

It's very possible for a team to be talked about as relegation candidates while also being describes as likely to get out of it. There's a difference between being described as relegation candidates and relegation certainties or favourites. The same way plenty of sides get talked about as potential champions while being described as only having an outside chance.

Palace have been below us most of this season but no one has spoken about them as relegation candidates but weve been labelled as one since the second game because of that fat ginger flag shagger

There's no way Dyche will be sacked.

This lot aren't going to cave in to a mob.

They know if they do they'll be on the hiding to nothing that the daft carpet bagger set up for himself by continually pandering to the online torchlight rally merchants.
I tell you what, 17 points from 19 games, we are truly lucky to have him here.

Hate to imagine how bad it would be if we had somebody else in charge.
