2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Dyche will be gone soon enough, but seeing people want to speed up the process by wanting us to get beat and knocked out of the FA Cup is a bit sad to see.

Our last season at Goodison and people want to see Peterbrough knock us out or people having a tantrum and claiming it's Dyche goes or they stop supporting Everton.

the last season is being tainted

So will they buying for the new man ?? Or dyche
They buy for the club not the manager that's how the model should work. if the DoF model is working properly then they should setting the strategy and overseeing the recruitment team then we only need more of a head coach type for the team like a Carsley or someone of that ilk. Pep made an interesting comment the other week when asked about the future of KDB and his response was that recruitment and contracts are nothing to do with him, he just works with players. No reason to involve Dyche is what I'm saying and I have no doubt if TFG are coming over this week Dyche will get pulled in to be reminded of a few things. I know its frustrating mate but I reckon we might just have to ride it out sadly.

I suspect that the favoured approach of TFG is to let Dyche see out the season and then make changes in manager and players.

They won’t want to be forced into earlier action if they can help it. Obviously they do not want relegation that would be a mad way to grow their 600m investment but equally early actions will ultimately set them off track to their plan.

Social media.

The people who matter in this situation are the owners.

I dont think they'll let it slide beyond January if we're not getting wins, but I dont believe they'll get shut of Dyche before then.

Look at the table. Look at the remarkable lack of losses since September. That's what TFG are looking at and hoping they dont have to ignore and sack Dyche.

But they need to do their part to stop that happening; they need to spend on players.
I think they and everyone else are probably looking at the 3 wins out of 19 more than anything else and are not impressed whatsoever tbh mate. It is only Dyche and his true soul mate who try and dodge and evade the reality of the situation we are in because of him. He is currently trying to save us from himself.

I know you will disagree because you disagree with everything that doesn't come out of your own mouth but no amount of players will change Dyche. He would have Arsenal parking the bus and flirting with the relegation zone.

I get all that and agree it’s how it
Should be moving forward, but I’m not sure he use players bought for a different style manager . Like say we
Buy an attacking left back, will dyche play him.

I dont think people are that literal, they are just sick of the carp being served up. We are now turning into a team everyone hates because of the utterly carp anti football we play.

Its utterly dire to watch, i think.its like they want him gone by any means, which sadly is the suggestion getting beat by pboro.

Its beem horrible supporting us for the last few years...just horrible
