2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

The stats are absolutely disgusting. Lampard and Benitez, 2 absolutely abysmal managers who facts will show did not relegate the club. Lampard was incredibly lucky that he had the magnificent fans dragging the team over the line in the end, much like Dyche in his first season here.
Dyche has killed any chance of the fans roaring the team over the line because of his despicable and cowardly tactics, he lost Goodison park a long time ago. So we don’t win games, we don’t score goals, we don’t even create chances to score and the fans have never been more apathetic from the moribund, uninspiring and frankly amateurish fare they are being served up each week.
If you want the fans on side to get some points, to create any type of buzz whatsoever that has proven so crucial before then this bluffer needs legging, he can’t change because he doesn’t have the first idea how to.

Forward Unit is rubbish as well mind.
I find it interesting that people can be this sure when the manager literally doesn’t let his team attack with any purpose. He hasn’t tried anything different (other than Bournemouth where he absolutely failed the most basic of game management). He won’t even play players in positions they’ve played in for other clubs ffs!
You honestly think that better forward players will somehow make his masterplan of “stick it in the office” and hope for some luck is going to yield anything better than we are seeing?

Do you reckon he’s bothered? If he goes now he gets paid same, takes less heat and puts his feet up. He surely knows he’s gone in the summer so no real motivation for him to care imo
To be totally fair, I think he desperately wants to be a successful manager, and will work his arse off at whatever club he is at. The issue is he’s just very very bad at anything more complex than hard yards and solid base.

If he was so desperate to become a successful manager he’d embrace modern football ideas like additional coaching staff and analytics.
