Don't disagree, what I am saying is that the vitriol (here and elsewhere) he is getting is way over the top. I repeat, he had to go IMO but many have short memories. Some respect is needed.
Respect for what?

Subjecting us to the worst football we have seen in years?
Being overpaid?
Still receiving a package when we are one point above the relegation zone almost halfway through the season?
Winning 8 matches in a calendar year.

And I can go on and on but won't because I'm way to happy.

For last season...

From Fonseca's wiki:
At Shakhtar, Roma and Lille, Fonseca preferred a 4–2–3–1 formation and an emphasis on dominating possession. In these teams, the player behind the centre-forward played as a second striker; Henrikh Mkhitaryan achieved 13 goals for Roma in 2020–21 from that position.

In an interview for French media RMC about his Lille debut, Fonseca described his managerial style as "an offensive play in order to overcome the opponent, to settle in the opponent's half and to create many scoring chances"
Offensive-possession would be what I want to see us playing, but I think the fella would have his work cut out for him with a team that can't pass and can't attack. TFG will probably need to dig deep this Jan if we go for him.
Additionally, who would be our 2nd striker. Can't rely on Doucs to be the goal scorer. Perhaps Armstrong will get a proper run out

That's fine
He was better than young when young was giving away pens, passing to their forwards and getting sent off for a time. Dyche still played him. He signed him. Age is a plus for dyche.
Yes, agree, Young started badly but since then steadied and has been one of our best (true, from a bad bunch).

I think it's classless of Dyche to tell his boss he can't do his job anymore and then demand to still be paid compo as well as stay in a job. His true colours have shown through.
Can’t see many other clubs taking a risk on him now this has come out , deep down we all know managers won’t resign even if it’s for the good of the club but this divy basically admited
It
