Wasn't as good as Liverpool/Arsenal/Brighton/Chelsea teams Dyche beat either.
Football eh. Surprising results happen all the time.
Who is desperate for it to happen?? Not me, just saying if we are around the bottom come the end of the season and Dyche is at a rival club, he’ll probably see it above us.
By the way mate, I think there might be a couple of posts of mine from November you missed on your trawl through my post looking for things to disagree with.![]()

You just said they were gonna sack Dyche last Summer for Rangnick and now it's Frank? I'm confused. Do you want Thomas Frank? Think he's overrated myself.
Moyes will still be here next season if he keeps us up comfortably I'm sure of it. They sacked Allardyce even though he kept us up because fans didn't like him and the football was Dcyhe-like - neither apply to Moyes.
Remember lads. Nobody possibly could’ve done anything more with these players. I will be popping in to remind you of this regularly from now until the end of the season.
I'm saying they were sacking Dyche in the summer and Rangnick was reportedly their choice. Until they walked away.
After coming back and eventually agreeing a deal to buy the club - it was reported they had a target to replace Dyche/but he was in a job - hence wanting to wait until the summer. Apparently, it was Thomas Frank. Either way, TFG were sacking Dyche last summer if they were in place. They were always legging him at the first opportunity - so I don't think even a good run of results/us being even 10th would have saved Dyche beyond this summer. Results will determine you being sacked, but not always that you'll stay.
Allardyce wasn't sacked for his football. Allardyce was always interim, until Marco Silva become available that summer - contract clause.
I haven’t gone after Dyche’s throat you demented buffoonThis @Thomasc feller: going for Dyche's throat two weeks after getting what he wanted and his dismissal.
It's about as edifying as seeing Liverpool 8-0 up but still desperate to get a 9th.
Repugnant.
Why didn't they with Dyche?
Try reading my post again. Slowly.
You said they were always going to sack Dyche at first oppurtunity, but they didn't, they could have sacked him Dec 19th when they officially took over. They waited 3 more weeks to do it, sent out a very blunt statement & then the press got word Dyche had basically given up.
If they were always going to sack him they'd have done it immediately.

Dyche is in demand mate, though wba overlooked him weirdly.Like Benitez getting job offers from a load of “Top Clubs”.
I’m sure those same “top clubs” will be clamouring for Dyche as well.

Those same top clubs like tapastits went to like…..erm…..Celta Vigo… (nothing against celta vigo by the way!)
Even they saw through him and got shut as soon as they could.
Dyche can’t go to Spain anyway, the weather doesn’t agree with him and he thinks the food is utter woke nonsense, same as trying to pass a football on the deck.
@GrandOldTeam
You, as per, aren't addressing my point there whatsoever. Your post suggest they still didn't want to sack him till Summer 2025 awaiting their target (Frank), but all that does is confirms the press snippets on Dyche giving up and thus makes your continued support of him look even more bizarre. You're effectively backing a coward.
He's definitely being jibbed at the first opportunity.
There's been threads discussing the next manager and myself, since August have been saying there's no chance Dyche gets beyond this season and is jibbed the first opportunity.
The point here is that doesn't happen until ownership is resolved.
