We can’t play to a stalemate when Keane gives up a pen or his second yellow

That’s the gross negligence of the team selection here
 
Most predictable Manager in the Prem. It is like to 2023/24 season never even ended. Worked so well last time so lets just do it all again.
 

He’s constantly referenced a lack of creativity being a reason we don’t score enough goals, now we’ve signed 2 creative players- both in time to have a full pre-season to get ‘Dyche fit’ and he refuses to start them.
His first thought always seems to be how to stop the other team scoring rather than how are we going to score ourselves.
 
All will be forgiven if we win the game, but we addressed some of the issues we have in the squad with transfers this summer

We had a lack of reliable depth at centre back so we went out and signed a very highly rated one

We had no real pace or quality in attacking areas, so we brought in two versatile, fairly quick ball carriers

And in the first game we've left all of them on the bench, despite them all playing extensively in preseason

Think ive figured it out.

He can’t play OBrien, because if O’Brien plays well, he can’t then drop him in a game or twos time when Branthwaite is back.

But if he plays Keane, he can then bring Branthwaite back in.
